Regular Maintenance (Weekly)
- Gently vacuum the fabric using a low-suction setting to remove dust and debris.
- Keep the furniture away from direct sunlight to prevent fading and deterioration.
Spot Cleaning
- Wipe up spills as soon as they occur.
- Clean lightly soiled areas with a mild detergent solution and a soft cloth.
- Never use abrasive brushes or harsh scrubbing tools.
- Blot excess moisture with a clean, dry cloth—avoid rubbing.
- Do not saturate the fabric; excessive moisture may leave water marks.
- Allow the surface to air-dry naturally in a well-ventilated, shaded area.
Tip: Always test your cleaning method on an inconspicuous area first. Stop immediately if you notice color transfer or fabric damage.
Pilling
- Pilling is a normal result of daily use and not a defect.
- To remove pills, use a battery-operated fabric shaver or pilling remover, available at most fabric or homeware stores.
Returns will be accepted for up to 30 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
